Apprenticeships

Why not move your career forward with an apprenticeship, higher apprenticeship or degree apprenticeship from B&FC?

An apprenticeship gives you the best of both worlds: the chance to work towards a nationally-recognised qualification and develop your career at the same time.

Apprenticeships are available to anyone over the age of 16. They suit young people wanting to get a foot on the career ladder; they also enable established employees to formalise their knowledge and skills, in order to support career progression.

With expert tutors and assessors, high levels of support and strong relationships with local and national employers, B&FC has an excellent reputation for delivering high quality apprenticeships. We offer apprenticeships in over 60 different career areas.

You need to be in employment before you can start but, if necessary, with our vacancy matching service we can support you to find your ideal role. Our experienced team will support you through the entire application process, providing help – should you need it - with preparing for interviews and starting work.

We also offer a growing number of higher and degree apprenticeships, which provide the technical and professional expertise needed to move your career forward. These are high-quality alternatives to the traditional degree route without the expensive course fees.1

B&FC apprenticeships are available at a variety of levels - levels explained.

1 Higher and degree apprenticeship course fees are paid by the government and your employer
