Exercise, Movement and Dance

Summary

This movement course provides opportunities for those who wish to exercise gently in order to be able to continue to carry out tasks both inside and out of the home on a daily basis long term. It will provide participants with both physical and mental refreshment in a social and friendly atmosphere. Movement is fundamental to life, and class members will see an improvement in fitness, muscle tone and general wellbeing as they progress through the term.

They will find companionship where confidence builds, challenges are overcome, and a sense of achievement is gained. The exhilaration of movement and the consequent physical and mental stimulus it provides is a source of pleasure long after the class has finished.
