Relax in elegant surroundings and enjoy panoramic views of the Fylde Coast as our catering and hospitality students prepare and serve you their latest creations. Lunch service We are usually open for lunch on Wednesday and Thursday between 11.45am and 12.45pm. These are examples of the types of menus and events you can expect when we reopen in the autumn.
