Entry Requirements Course Detail This top-up programme offers students the opportunity to develop knowledge and skills which will allow them to work confidently in an international context. You will also examine how companies develop human resource management strategies and what effect different approaches can have on businesses both large and small. In the dissertation module, you will have the opportunity to research an area of human resource management that particularly interests you. This will help you refine your research techniques, critical thinking and your ability to put forward a coherent and well-structured piece for assessment. You will also be accredited by the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) with its Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management as part of this programme and have the opportunity to become a Chartered Manager, one of the most widely respected professional management qualifications.
