Course Overview

This part time course has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in providing hand and nail care.  It is an excellent short course from which you will achieve a recognised VTCT qualification.  You will learn the essential underpinning health and safety practices, underpinning client care skills and the underpinning theory to the manicure practical skills that you will learn throughout this qualification.

You will start to learn the practical manicure skills by practising on your peers and once your skills reach a competent level, you will then be required to complete a number of practical assessments on clients.  You will also complete a series of theory assessments to confirm your understanding of the underpinning theory elements to your course.

The completion of this course is an essential prior to enrolling on the Nail Technology programme.
