Course Overview

Begin an exciting career in networking, system security or cloud computing. This up-to-the-minute course will equip you with the specialist skills needed to progress to degree-level study and employment. Develop your knowledge of programming, systems and networks and learn about areas such as website development and human computer interaction. Benefit from cutting-edge resources, expert tutors and a curriculum that’s been co-created with employers to give you a head-start in your chosen industry. Study this course in a year or as a 20-week ‘fast-track’, which means you start in January so you can enrol on one of our degree programmes the following September.

Entry Requirements

You will need a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Math and English or a relevant level 2 qualification. Relevant experience could count instead of these qualifications, in which case we will invite you to attend an interview.

Teaching and learning differs for each module, with practical units culminating in a product creation assignment. Initially, we will support you by way of demonstrations and walk-throughs; as you progress through the course, we will encourage you to be work on your own initiative and in groups.
