Learning and Teaching MethodsThis course will teach you the following concepts: How to reduce your weekly shop costs How to find discounts The benefits of bulk buying and reward applications Identifying food that heightens your mood and energy levels Batch cooking Eradicating cooking cost myths The course consists of classroom based-learning in small groups using the following methods: 1-1 and group discussions Completion of worksheets Assessment worksheets Expert Tutors Our tutors have extensive experience teaching students who are nervous with numbers. We aim to take the fear out of maths and give students the key mathematical skills they need to succeed in everyday life and when it comes to work.
