What will I learn? Key information Where could this course take me? Course SummaryThe ATA Light Vehicle Inspection Technician Certificate is recognised by the DVSA. This course will improve your competence at vehicle inspection for engine and electrical diagnostics. You will focus on all vehicle systems including: body corrosion suspension systems steering braking systems wheels and tyres vehicle electrics Entry Requirements Inspection technicians must be able to work unsupervised - ideally, they should be in fulltime employment with at least 3 years’ experience to ensure they are familiar with the techniques for vehicle servicing, inspection and system(s) diagnosis. Please note: Where wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is a mandatory requirement of the course, it is the responsibility of the learner to ensure that they are able to wear such equipment.
