As well as learning the technical aspects of individual sports and different training techniques on our programmes which range from Level 2 up to degrees, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn about different aspects of sport and fitness beyond the confines of the training ground. Areas covered will include subjects such as sports rehabilitation, nutrition and mental wellbeing to give you a wider perspective on how to achieve sporting success.
