School Leavers Deciding what to do after school is a big deal. That's why at B&FC we focus our advice not simply on what you want to do now, but where you want to go in the future. We look at your career aspirations and make sure you take the right steps to stay on track and achieve your goals. What qualifications can I study? At B&FC, we have three routes to choose from: T Levels Diplomas Apprenticeships All our school leaver qualifications focus on a single subject area allowing you to build a genuinely wide-ranging knowledge base. And because they are tailored to the needs of industry, you will pick up key skills and techniques that you will readily be able to apply once you're in work. You won't have to wait too long to practise these though, as industry placements are embedded in the curriculum on virtually all our 16-18 courses. Our diplomas offer short placements with the chance to work on live briefs, whilst our T levels give you an extended period of time in the workplace allowing you to really develop your skills beyond the classroom. Apprenticeships, on the other hand, are 80% work-based with just one day a week in college. Find my course Know what subject you want to study? Then check out our dedicated course search page for school leavers. You'll be able to select different subject areas and see what qualifications we offer in each.
