Courses

Currently we offer two courses focused on elements of retail: one in retail management and the other in customer services.

Our retail management course will help you to effectively manage customer-facing staff in different retail environments. You will learn all the key elements of this role including staff development, building a team, marketing, finance and merchandising and become expert in delivering these skills in a workplace setting.

In our customer service course, the focus will be very much on developing people skills to become an expert communicator capable of elevating the customer experience to the highest level whilst also being able to successfully resolve conflict when that experience does not meet a customer's expectations.

Both courses are very industry focused and have been developed with input from retail giants like John Lewis, Boots and Tesco. This ensures that course content is workplace relevant giving you a skills set that employers truly value.
