Personal Training (All year round)
There are several options when it comes to personal training. You can:
- Book a single personal training session (£20 for members and £25 for non-members) which comprises a one-hour personalised gym session design and delivered by one of our experienced personal trainers according to your fitness level and abilities.
- Book a 4 week personal training programme (prices tbc) which comprises four one-hour personalised training sessions. As part of this programme, we will use our STYKU 3D Scanner which produces a 360 degree scan of your body with full biometric measurements. If you then chose to have follow-up scans (which we recommend) we are able to overlay the images so you can see even the smallest improvements.
Styku 3D scanner
Our 3D scanner is latest innovation in technology to measure body composition. The scanner is a quick and easy way to measure weight, lean muscle mass, bone density, percentage fat and circumference points over 15 areas of the body.
Your trained instructor will then analyse your results and email you a copy of your scan report. Prices are £12.50 for one scan or £20 for two.
For more information about this technology, check out this video explaining the Styku 3D scanner.
NEW Fitness Class - Core Suspension Training
Core Suspension is challenging your body in conditions of instability. This forces you to constantly engage your core to perform each exercise.
It also helps improve your balance and overall strength. You are suspended from an anchor point where bodyweight becomes your machine and gravity your resistance.
To make it more interesting and exciting 'bring a friend for free' (first class) or included as part of your B&FC gym memberships. £4.50 for non-members.

Children's Parties

Sports Massage
There are many important benefits to gain from having a sports massage.
Pain Relief
Our muscles are made for movement; they don’t like it when they are held static for long periods of time. Sports massage can get those muscles moving, easing and softening, and making them more supple and relaxed.
Sports massage can restore movement and functionality in stiff and aching muscles. Your therapist can also provide you with exercises you can do throughout your day to maintain movement.
Stress Relief
Stress is prevalent in most people's lives. It's how we deal with it that is of importance. Many of us hold on to our stress in our body, our muscles become tense, rigid and dysfunctional.
Sports massage can release the stress from your body, allowing it to feel 'lighter' allowing you to move more freely.
Prevention of further injuries
A good sports massage therapist can teach you about your body, and the way it responds and interacts with your working environment. This can promote an understanding of how to prevent further pain.
