Richard Fee

Richard Fee is Chairman of Nikal Group, a Manchester based developer involved in delivery of Blackpool Central. He was educated at Stonyhurst College in the Ribble Valley and completed a Geography degree at London University. He studied Land Economy at Aberdeen University and has operated as a Chartered Surveyor for 30 years.

In his career Richard has been a Fund Manager of large property portfolios for Pearl Assurance, NPI, British Gas and has been directly responsible for transactions of some £4.5bn of UK property.

Richard is passionate about the importance of education – in particular in relation to Special Educational Needs (SEN) - ensuring that a positive environment is created to nurture each student and to bring out the best of everyone.
