We are delighted to introduce the Partner Pact, a new initiative designed to strengthen the partnership between B&FC, local employers and apprentices.

At Blackpool and The Fylde College, we are dedicated to shaping the workforce of tomorrow by providing students with the skills and experience they need through apprenticeships. With your support, we can create a sustainable pipeline of talented individuals who are ready to contribute to your business.

That's why we want to invite you to join our Partner Pact and help us achieve our goal of creating 100 Apprenticeship Vacancies in 2025. By pledging an apprenticeship vacancy, you will be providing a valuable opportunity for young people to gain practical experience as well as helping to grow a motivated and highly skilled workforce.
