Students set to start their T Level Education and Childcare course in September will be the first to take advantage of new simulation spaces at B&FC.

The College has made a big investment in its early years suite and primary school classroom, delivering inspiring and enriching learning environments to students on many of B&FC's Childcare, Young People and Families study programmes.

Blackpool and The Fylde College is one of a select few further education institutions chosen to deliver all three of the first T Level qualifications, which also include Design, Surveying and Planning (Construction) and Digital Production, Design and Development.

Students on the Education and Childcare T Level can choose between early years education and childcare, and assisting teaching.

Margaret Bamforth, curriculum head for Society, Health and Childcare, said: "These state-of-the-art facilities will give students the best possible learning experience.

"We have a fantastic team of tutors who will use these new simulation suites to help students gain the skills for rewarding early years and primary school teaching careers."
