His vast experience and knowledge means that Alan is expertly equipped to lead the Corporation Board.  We look forward to the College’s continued success as an outstanding provider of training, skills and education for both students and employers.”

Commenting on his appointment, Alan Cavill said:

“It is an honour to be appointed as Chair of the Corporation Board at Blackpool and The Fylde College. The College is in a strong position having recently been judged Outstanding by Ofsted, and I’m pleased to continue working with senior managers, staff and student governors to build on this success.”
