The 15 aspiring chefs wowed their families with a feast of Sicilian arancini, stuffed chicken ballotine, and a mouthwatering dessert of sticky toffee pudding.
35 guests attended the special event, with proud parents joined by tutors including headteacher Alison Chapman.
B&FC's chef lecturer led the Young Chefs Academy. He said: "It's always a privilege helping aspiring chefs to learn the trade in our professional kitchens.
"And seeing them put all the lessons learned into action at this celebration dinner is a rewarding moment for everyone involved."
