Christmas catch up! - Booked for a Christmas Lunch with friends. We have enjoyed lunches here at different times of the year, & the Christmas menu did not disappoint! Imaginative menu, food beautifully cooked and presented as always.

What is Level 6?

Level 6 is B&FC’s training restaurant, offering brasserie style dining with a modern British twist. Relax in elegant surroundings and enjoy panoramic views of the Fylde Coast as our catering and hospitality students prepare and serve you their latest creations.

Please note: We accept reservations only, not walk-ins.

Our doors will reopen on Tuesday 17 September and Level 6 will be open during the term times until 23 May.

What we offer

Lunch Service

Offered on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 12pm and 2.15pm.

Last food orders are taken at 12.45pm.

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm.


Please note: We only accept payment by debit or credit card.
 

If booking for 4 or more people, you will need to contact the office via phone or email.

Parties of 6 or more are asked to pay a deposit of £5 (lunch) or £10 (dinner) per person, which we are happy to take over the phone when you place your booking.

How to find us

The Level 6 Restaurant is located on the Sixth Floor of Cleveleys building at our Bispham Campus.

When you arrive, sign in at Reception to receive your Visitors Pass, before heading to the lifts located left of the reception and before the Cantine.

Take the lift to the Sixth Floor and at the top, turn left to be greeted by our Learners.
