Judith Mills

Consultant in Public Health for Blackpool Council

I was born in Blackpool and joined the NHS in 1987.

Since then I have worked across primary, community and secondary healthcare settings.

I was appointed Chief Executive of Preston Primary Care Group before taking up my post as Public Health Specialist.

I am responsible for commissioning a range of health improvement services on behalf of the population of Blackpool and in addition, reducing health inequalities through tackling the wider determinants of health.
