Complete your B&FC Admissions Portal

Look out for your email with your invitation to set-up your B&FC Admissions Portal.

Using the email link, set up your B&FC Admissions Portal. You will then be able to view the status of your application, upload any information to the site that we request to help support your application, view and change interview or enrolment appointments and update your details such as a change of address or contact information.

Supplying Evidence

To help support your application we may request you to upload evidence of qualifications or work experience to your B&FC Admissions Portal.

Getting to know us

You will be invited to attend an Information, Advice and Guidance session with one of a specialist tutor from the subject area you have chosen.  This will give you the opportunity to find out what it is like to study with B&FC including what support we are able to offer.

We can make sure this is the right course for you to fulfil your career aspirations and, if it is a requirement of your course to have a work placement, we can discuss this with you too.

For all courses with Blackpool School of Arts you will be required to attend an audition/workshop event.

Confirmation of a place

If you are successful in gaining a place, we will send you confirmation of your offer.

You can then accept the offer of a place on your chosen course on your B&FC Admissions portal or by emailing admissions@blackpool.ac.uk. Don't forget to include your student number.

Enrolment

You will be invited to enrolment before your course starts.   Enrolment is the process all students go through to register onto a course and where you officially become a B&FC student.  Following enrolment you will be given your College ID and information about your start date.

Finding out what financial help you can get

Once you've applied to study, you then need to find out how you're going to survive financially while you do. Our HE funding page is full of information to help you navigate all the various funding options available to you, including some that you don't even have to pay back. Remember to check out the Bursaries section too and make every penny count.
