Steve Williams

Steve graduated in Physics and Accountancy at Leicester Polytechnic. 

He established his career in engineering, working in the aerospace and automotive sectors in the areas of design, manufacture, project management and management.

He has since spent over three decades leading manufacturing projects and companies.

As an entrepreneur and business leader he has created three successful engineering companies and turned-around several manufacturing businesses and charities with employee numbers up to 150. 

Steve is currently Managing Director and an owner of Force Technology Ltd, a specialist growing manufacturing company, he jointly established in 2015, which is based in Blackpool.

As great believer in the concept of lifelong learning, Steve and his family have been students of Blackpool and Fylde College at various times, studying a variety of different subjects.

Steve is a passionate supporter of educational, heritage and cultural charities and regional regeneration projects in Northern England.

He is also actively engaged in UK manufacturing cluster groups.
