How will I be assessed?

Assessment is designed to be practical, relevant and rooted in your role. You may be asked to:

  • Write an assignment on the principles of project management
  • Respond to a scenario demonstrating how you would initiate and manage a project
  • Produce a reflective or work‑based report drawing on your organisational experience
  • Present evidence or reflective accounts that meet CMI success criteria

All assessments are submitted online through the VLE, with written feedback provided within fifteen working days.
