CMI's Level 5 Diploma in Operational Management has been approved by the Government for delivery as a Higher Technical Qualification. It has been designed for practising or aspiring middle managers and leaders at operations, division, departmental or specialist level, who are typically want to be accountable to a senior manager or business owner. The primary role of a practising or aspiring manager and leader is to lead and manage individuals and teams to deliver the aims and objectives in line with the organisational strategy.

Entry Requirements
Entry onto this programme will depend upon your previous experience, qualifications and whether or not you are currently working in a management position. You will need either a level 3 qualification in an appropriate discipline or substantial relevant work/voluntary experience to be accepted for this course.

How You’ll Learn
This is a self paced programme online that has monthly tutor support, there are six modules to complete within each two month period. There is a fully comprehensive VLE which allows you to study at your own pace around family and work but also access tutor support monthly allowing for those tutors to monitor your progress to make sure your getting everything you need out of the programme. The programme lasts a full calendar year and successful completion is based on completing the six modules within the calendar year.
