Through this course you will be introduced to the techniques of painting using watercolours. In the first week an Initial Assessment will ensure you are on the correct level of course. This is an initial start, and thorough grounding, for those with little experience of painting in watercolour. Term 2: This term you will extend your knowledge and techniques, finishing with a complete painting using your newly learned or developed techniques, including how to paint realistic skies. Term 3: In Term 3, your understanding and skills learnt will be assessed and this will form the basis of the learning for this term to allow you to continue to extend your knowledge and challenge you further.
Applicants must be aged 19+Some basic watercolour painting skills

This is a practical session held in an art workshop. There will be practical demonstrations and student will be excepted to participate in practical activities each week withe the specialist guidance and support of the tutor.
