Course Overview

Through this course you will be introduced to the techniques of painting using watercolours. In the first week an Initial Assessment will ensure you are on the correct level of course. This is an initial start, and thorough grounding, for those with little experience of painting in watercolour. Term 1: In term 1 you will explore the basics required for learning to use: watercolour paints brushes and paper mixing and making different tones learning to stretch and prepare paper perspectives

Entry Requirements

Applicants must be aged 19+ Some basic painting skills.

This is a practical session held in an art workshop. There will be practical demonstrations and student will be excepted to participate in practical activities each week withe the specialist guidance and support of the tutor.
