Course Overview

Level 1 Computer Aided Design (CAD) Introduction to 3D Modelling.

This course is ideal for those who are new to CAD and who want to gain a basic understanding in its use and application.

No formal entry requirements are needed but students should be familiar with Microsoft Windows based systems

Teaching and Learning Methods

High quality instruction and guidance from instructors with more than 20 years CAD experience and trained in an authorised Autodesk training centre.

Delivery will ensure students are equipped to develop a thorough understanding of key components used in parametric modelling systems; and be able to effectively use the key components used in parametric modelling systems in a professional setting.

Delivery is 3 hours per week for 16 weeks with classroom sessions which also includes interactive and practical sessions.

Students will be expected to follow tutor guidance and support with regards to elements of the course requiring independent study
