As an administrator you'll provide office support and play a vital role in the smooth running of your employer's business. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, organising travel, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and filing. You may also be responsible for office projects and tasks, as well as overseeing the work of junior administrative staff. Successful completion of the full programme leads to achieving the Pearson BTEC Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Business Administration.
