This is a commercial course, the fees for which are displayed above and must be paid at the time of booking.
How You’ll Be Assessed
To achieve the Level 2 Award in Barista Skills you must at least achieve a pass grade on both the practical assessment and short answer questions.
The practical assessment is graded pass, merit and distinction which will then give you an overall grade.
The qualification is made up of four learning outcomes
- Demonstrate product knowledge
- Clean and check equipment
- Display drink building techniques
- Serve customers
Assessment will take the form of practical assignments and short answer questions.
