Course SummaryThe MOT Manager Training qualification will teach you how to: manage the legislative and compliance knowledge required to manage an MOT Test Centre effectively encourage improvements in customer service develop and supervise staff within a Testing Centre understand the Centre quality systems and audits The MOT Manager Training qualification is primarily developed for learners who wish to run an MOT Vehicle Test Station (VTS), or who will have direct responsibility for MOT operations at the VTS in the future. Entry Requirements The MOT Manager Training qualification will be of interest to those individuals wishing to set up an MOT testing Station, or who may already be an MOT Tester and wish to advance their career further. There are no formal for the MOT Manager Training qualification. Please note: Where wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) is a mandatory requirement of the course, it is the responsibility of the learner to ensure that they are able to wear such equipment. Qualification ObtainedAward in MOT Test Centre Management Learning and Teaching Methods Blackpool and The Fylde College will run the MOT Manager Training Qualification over two days face to face in the classroom with a multiple choice open book online test.
