How will I learn? The Level 2 award in MOT testing Class 4 and 7, replaces the Nominated Tester Training (NTT) which was formerly run by DVSA.This qualification is for individuals who are serious about becoming fully qualified MOT testers. Using a blend of practical and theory-based study, we make learning easy by putting in place meaningful assessments which reflect the demands of today’s competitive industry, giving you a solid grounding in key principles and ideas.Once you have completed this programme, you will need to complete a VT8 Observation, which is the final step in your journey to becoming an MOT tester and gaining your MOT qualification.Practical workshop and classroom sessions are held to prepare students for the assessments which will enable them to gain the required accreditation.
