The Sustainable Chef

Start Date: 20 January 2026 | Duration: 4 Weeks

Designed for passionate culinary professionals from commis chefs to chef de parties, cooks, and those running catering operations.

Cultural Leadership

Start Date: 8 January 2026 | Duration: 10 Weeks

Whether you're employed, self-employed or leading a business or cultural project, these sessions will foster the knowledge, practice and behaviours to allow you to contribute successfully to cultural development at a strategic level.

They will also give you the opportunity to establish connections with other individuals and organisations working in the cultural field.

These sessions will cover:

  • Overview of current regional cultural, regeneration, health, and visitor economy priorities, including the role of cultural leadership
  • Creative cities and defining your town’s distinctive cultural identity
  • Developing collaborative and inclusive leadership practices
  • Examining effective models of cultural governance
