Process payroll as per company requirements; Maintain payroll record; Respond and resolve queries from employees and management relating to payroll; Calculate wages and deductions; Accurately inputting, gathering, and analysing payroll data; Regular usage of payroll software systems, including data compilation and input; Set up and process new employees; Ensuring compliance with data protection laws; Accounts and administrative duties within a busy office environment; Keeping vehicle records up to date on portal.

Level 3 a minimum of English and maths grades A*- C (9-4) (or equivalent) are desirable OR willingness to complete Functional Skills Level 2 are a requirement to have or to achieve before EPA Gateway.

The successful candidate will work towards completing the Level 3 Business Administration Standard from the Institute for Apprenticeships & Technical Education. Delivered by Blackpool and The Fylde College offering expert tuition and exceptional facilities.

Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 17.00, Friday 9.00 to 15.00
37.5 hours per week
23 days annual leave pro rata plus Bank holidays
Workplace pension following probationary period
Pay in line with National Minimum Apprentice Wage rates for the first year.
Training: Full on-the-job training and time allocated for distance learning course
Future prospects
Full time position on successful completion of Apprenticeship.
