In consultation with you, your Workforce Solutions Officer will:

• Identify areas where you have any additional business development needs
• Identify the skills and development required to support your business goals and objectives.

Tailored Learning and Development Plan

Your Workforce Solutions Officer will develop a package based on your specific requirements and a detailed learning and development programme including delivery timetable and costs

Identify Funding Opportunities

Your Workforce Solutions Officer will advise you on your eligibility for:

• Train to gain
• Grants
• Project Funding

Delivery and monitoring of learning and development

Our highly qualified and experienced industry assessors will:

• Organise free initial skills scan for job specific staff
• Conduct an effective induction to the programme
• Plan and design individual learning programmes to meet your needs and your staff
• Provide flexible on the job support and assessment to fit in with your employees working environment
• Monitor learner progress, providing help and support where necessary
• Work with National Awarding bodies on your staffs' achievements and completion.

Evaluation and Future Needs

Your Workforce Solutions Officer, in consultation with you, will:

• Conduct a satisfaction survey
• Evaluate your response to the overall process
• Discuss any future business needs you require.
