Access and facilities

The Winter Gardens is equipped with a hearing loop and has wheelchair access. The awards platform is accessed via a ramp. If you have a disability that would make access to the platform difficult then let us know and we will make appropriate arrangements.

Assistance on the day

For graduands and guests with special requirements/disabilities, assistance will be available at our Registration Desk. If you complete the special requirements section of the booking form you will need to check in here.
