Introduction
The new 10 year property strategy is now taking shape and means the College has an exciting few years ahead as the strategy is implemented.
The first project to progress to the construction stage is the over-cladding and windows replacements to the Cleveleys Building at the Bispham Campus, which will be closely followed by the major phased refurbishment project at the Fleetwood Nautical Campus.
