Employability - Race for Jobs, Work Club Information

Seasiders Learning Centre are launching their Race for Jobs Campaign!

All unemployed people will be at various stages as they seek employment, for example, some will be able to sprint into work (those closer to the job market) for some it will be a marathon (furthest away from the job market and may have been unemployed for some time), others may be somewhere in the middle. Some will have more hurdles to jump, or barriers in their way, some may need to take a few diversions, for example, different training needs, some will walk, jog, or sprint and we will be able to support each learner along their journey/race towards the winning line (the job).

We are linking in with several employers across the Fylde Coast who have agreed to be part of this exciting campaign. Supporting the Race for Jobs Campaign, we will be running work clubs every day and anyone aged 18 and over currently unemployed or at risk of redundancy is eligible to attend. Clients will be offered tailored support with their job search skills, confidence building, CV writing and interview techniques.
