Students’ Union

The Students’ Union allows you to get actively involved in enriching your own and others’ learning experience. It’s also a great way to make new friends.

The Union provides the framework and financial backing for students to organise themselves through clubs and societies, which can be a great way to broaden your interests and meet new people.

With a wealth of information, our Students’ Union can also advise you on places to go and things to see and do.

• Blackpool has a lively and diverse nightlife, with venues that cater for everyone’s individual
• tastes.
• Find regular guest DJs, local bands and some of the music scene’s biggest names plus many comedians and entertainers on the bill.
• Sports fans can choose from three 18-hole golf courses, an athletics track and stadium, gokart tracks, sea and fresh-water fishing and an ice-skating rink plus Blackpool now has a Championship Football team.
• Thrill seekers will love the Pleasure Beach - recently voted Britain’s most popular tourist attraction - with the world’s biggest collection of white knuckle rides.
• Shopaholics will love the newly developed Houndshill shopping centre with all th high street name.
