Full time courses such as: Level 2/3 in Food and Beverage Service, Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery, CIEH Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety in Catering.

Special Features:

You need this qualification if:

  • you are a manager or a supervisor in a small, medium or large catering, manufacturing or retail business.
  • your role involves developing or monitoring HACCP based food safety management procedures and systems.
