Course Entry Requirements

Candidates must have acquired both the CPCAB Level 3 Counselling Studies or their equivalent.  Trainees should schedule an average of approximately 6-8 hours per week of additional personal study time to include for example assignments, supervision, client work experience and personal therapy.  Candidates must not be in a current state of severe emotional difficulty or severe psychological confusion.  Candidates must not be currently involved in substance misuse (requirement to be two years post rehabilitation phase).  Not recommended that trainees join the same training group as a partner.  Entry of course will be a written application, 2 references and also an interview.
