Collegiate High School chose to cover the colleges capital funding story as part of their School Report day on 26 March. School Report is an annual project in which high schools all over the country create real television reports for the BBC. The students decide on the stories they would like to cover, and are supported by the BBC and its partners to carry out all the functions of a news team, including research, staffing the news desk, operating the cameras and sound equipment and interviewing the people who feature in the stories.
