This is mainly portfolio based, with 66% of your final marks coming from work produced and assessed in College. This will involve presentations, essays and report writing.
This broad-based qualification provides a valuable preparation for related careers and further training, with university study also an option. We offer a number of excellent degrees in this area – more details can be found on our University Education section
This new and exciting addition to our A-level programme aims to provide a stimulating and valuable learning experience. It will particularly appeal to those who like coursework and enjoy the more practical aspects of studying, as the course material has direct, real-life application. Visiting speakers will help to provide an insight into the practical applications of the subject matter.
