This form is for students wishing to apply for a University Centre Parking Permit.

Car parking permits will only be issued for 2011/2012 for the following:

• Blue Badge holders
• Staff
• Students who currently hold a car parking pass for 2010/2011 who are participating in the car share scheme.

Please note that due to the limited parking space available at the University Centre, applying is no guarantee that you will be allocated a permit

I agree to abide by the College parking policy and I understand that my permit may be revoked at any time for failing to comply with the policy or if the College deems it necessary for operation reasons
